Transforming neglected water villages in Sabah into an Insta-worthy tourist destination is to improve the welfare of the villagers, tackle pollution, and boost the local economy through increased eco tourism. 

This can be achieved by implementing various initiatives and tackling the issue holistically  such as using art to transform the village houses into vibrant and artistic new spaces, waste management, improved infrastructure and engaging with the local community through education and to develop new businesses for tourism. 

By utilizing art, the transformation of these villages will not only create an attractive tourist destination but also contribute to the revitalization of the community.
