Sustainable Development Goals
Meraki Daat Sabah Initiative complies with several of the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which include:
Goal 12: Responsible Consumption and Production - Meraki Daat Sabah Initiative's Unwrapping Plastics Project aims to reduce plastic pollution by promoting responsible consumption and production.
Goal 13: Climate Action - By promoting environmental sustainability and reducing plastic pollution, Meraki Daat Sabah Initiative is contributing towards achieving this SDG.
Goal 14: Life Below Water - By organizing beach clean-ups and promoting awareness about the importance of keeping our oceans clean and healthy, Meraki Daat Sabah Initiative is contributing towards achieving this SDG.
Goal 17: Partnerships for the Goals - By collaborating with strategic partners, Meraki Daat Sabah Initiative is working towards achieving its goals and contributing towards the larger global goal of sustainable development.
These are just a few examples of the SDGs that Meraki Daat Sabah Initiative complies with. The organization's initiatives are aligned with several other SDGs as well, including SDG 6: Clean Water and Sanitation, SDG 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities, and SDG 15: Life On Land.
